I've only ever been here to buy a last-minute snack for my pup, but I also work across the street and get to see what happens in the park.
When I walked into the retail part of Umbrella, I instantly felt a bit creeped out...not sure if it was the smell, or the fact that everything seemed really old. I was super disappointed in their selection of treats, and ended up buying a smoked bully stick. The woman working the cash register seemed nice, but I did not get a good feeling about the place (coupled with the fact that a Yorkie was barking and growling at my pup the whole time we were in there).
Since I work across the street and often have lunch in the park right outside, I often see the daycare dogs out for a stroll. The workers take out a few dogs at a time, walk them around the park to pee and poop, and shuffle them right back in...not exactly how I would want my dog to spend his day. They never make an effort to let the dogs say hi to other dogs in the park or play with them, which definitely doesn't sit well with me.
