I am compelled to let everyone know that the service Image Makers provides is outstanding!! I came across Image Makers through a suggested list of body shops provided by my insurance company after having minor damage to the front of my VW. I spoke with Gus on the phone and he was able to meet with me later that day to go over the procedure and cost of my repair.
Right from the start I knew I found the right body shop. Gus spent over an hour with me, answered all of my questions in detail and shared industry insights on how to property care for and maintain my car. Gus had recently traveled to Germany to visit manufacturing plants including VW. The shop uses only original parts directly from the manufacturer, even when it comes to the labels and paint, no shortcuts. Gus is truly a caring professional and an expert in his field. Image makers even repaired paint chips on my hood at no cost to me, since the insurance company did not cover any previous damage unrelated to the accident. My car looks better than before the accident, I am beyond satisfied with their service!
I returned to Image Makers today to get an estimate on a new scratch on my car. I called them 5 minutes to their closing time and they stayed open late to meet with me. Gus remembered me by name and gave me a very fair estimate. I even asked for pictures of my previous damage and repair for my records, which the gladly emailed to me. Overall I have rarely received such quality service from anyone that I have done business with. If you are looking for an excellent body shop, look no further!!
