Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to Bateman's yesterday looking to purchase a new bike. There was a live band performing out front and quite a few people had gathered to watch. Unfortunately many of those people watching were the employees who failed to notice or care that there were customers in need of help inside. After looking around the shop by myself I thought I might have better luck running across the street to their other location to see if anyone would assist me. There were four employees standing behind the desk and not one looked up to say hello or came over to me when I started browsing the bikes. They could have easily made a few hundred bucks off me but I guess they just don't care. Don't waste your time here.
