Before I got my new (used) car, I used to bring my car here all the time. I started at this location because another location suggested it when they (the other location) could not/would not service my car. Instead of going back to the old location, I started coming here. First, the staff is always friendly and respectful. Secondly, the waiting room is clean and large. They show movies from a DVR for waiting customers. They are quick with service and keep it clean - no grease in the car. My elderly mother insists on going to this location now because they remember her and make her feel at ease. They take good care of her car and will actually look at things for her. My new car came with a maintenance agreement (free oil changes) and I extended it. Otherwise, I would frequent this location. I will go there once my agreement with the dealer is over. I takes this location about 1/2 an hour (30 minutes) from start to finish. When I went to the dealer for an oil change, it took 3 hours. Ugh!
