To be honest, I visited the store after reading all the positive reviews here.
"Knowledgeable", "Professional"?
Disappointingly, what I've found here is lack of professionalism and sense of arrogance.
The guy referred me to another body shop when I asked him about some exterior problems, which is okay since they are specialized in mechanical repairing and detailing. However when I started asking questions about door repair/oil change service/ interior detailing, he seemed very uninterested and answered all questions simply by giving prices, turning the conversation into a "I wouldn't say a word until you pay the money" mode.
At last, when I asked if one of their guy could take a quick glance at my car to at least know what my concern was, the reply was "you need to make a 1-2 hour appointment for that and it takes 150-200 bucks"
I truly hope that I could have found Larchmere Imports a great auto repair shop as their costumer reviewed because it's not easy to have European cars served in right place and this one is so close to where I live...
