Overall, Max Plumbing did a great job! When a clog in my sewer line resulted in water backing up into the bathroom and flooding my home, my warranty company referred me to Max Plumbing.The only small issue I had was that I left a message on the "emergency line" the evening it happened, to which I got no reply. However, when I left another message the next morning during business hours, the office staff called me back immediately. She was very courteous and got the tech out a couple hours later. He arrived right on time and not only diagnosed the problem quickly but also had the issue resolved quickly. I was very impressed with how professional the staff were and how quickly they worked to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend Max Plumbing!
