When I first moved to Arizona, this was the only tanning salon near me so I signed up with them, and the young lady was great at getting me all signed up and she was great every time I would go in to tan but the other girls who worked there were no where near as welcoming, to me the way they came off was they hated their job and did not really seem to enthusiastic to be there, which I understand one is necessarily "excited" to go to work but in retail you should probably at least put a smile on your face. Now I recently moved and called to cancel and just to be clear there are "no contracts" with pure tan... But if you cancel you not only pay for the month that you cancel ( which is understandable ) BUT! You also then have to pay your membership cost for the following month regardless of the fact that you live half way across the country and are not even able to use them even if you wanted to! Then when I asked to speak with a manager or owner, I get the response of no there is no one else for you to speak to. Poor customer satisfaction and false advertisement of "no contacts"... So if you choose to sign up with this company, you have been warned!
