I wish I could leave a review on their actual work but I can't. I called and made an appointment with them a week in advance, they told me the owner would come personally and give me an estimate on having my apartment cleaned every 2 weeks. They even called to confirm appointment with me a day in advance. They were supposed to arrive at 9:00 am. A newer model white SUV with a cleaning authority sticker on it pulled up in my parking lot but never got out of their car and left just a few minutes later. I am guessing ( I have to guess because I never got an explanation) that they were discriminating because of where I live. They do not value their customers or their customers opinions.
