My initial review was based on the first day. Dave the director rectified many of my concerns and when I left Jenn actually ended up being a pretty good person. They have some really good CNA's who strive to make you comfortable sadly there are RN's such as Lily the pain management nurse who are quite horrible. Anna and Marie in physical therapy are really great and give one on one attention to patients. I think they are a major reason on why I am updating my review. If you go the CNA's who are great are Moe, Cruz, Gloria, Moriah, Forest, Lissette and sadly I never got her name but she works morning shift, she was new. Pauline is an RN I hope you don't have to deal with. Dave the director is trying to address concerns and hopefully he makes the appropriate changes. I could have left them at one star but the CNA's along with the physical therapy people especially Anna caused me to change my review.
