This is death plan of nevada. !!!!! referrals they dont give a damn and take forever. Im the one in dire pain here!!!! Still over 2 weeks and waiting still for physical therapy referral. We pay outrageous premiums, the least u can do is pretend to care about us. I plan on filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner as well as the bbb!!!! They even printed out the wrong books for 2017 and had half the drs missing for southern nevada . Fire all your incompetent people and give the job to people who can do it. Customer service sucks too. YOU LET PEOPLE DIE BECAUSE YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THEM AND DENY THEM SERVICES BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO PAY!!!!
