I heard such great things about this company, unfortunately they were nothing as described. I called this company Tuesday of last week to have someone come give us an idea for a large job - cabinets to be re-painted, possibly an epoxy for our counter tops and to give us a price idea to paint a desk or just purchase a new one.
Mark: the contractor they had sent out that Thursday (This was great!) came highly recommended (I wish I could agree with a fraction of what they had said). The gentleman came on time (This was a great start) but seemed to be a bit smug and not very interested in the job we had to offer..at the end of his walk through he explained he would send over a price sheet as I explained we were looking to get started asap and cost wasn't a big factor we needed quality work and were ready to pay for it.
Friday morning I still hadn't received an emailed price list (It's the end of a work week so this was completely okay - I had expected an email by Monday - Tuesday.) I called their office on Monday to follow up and was told I would be called right back...I hadn't heard anything so I called Tuesday..I was told someone would call me back....they called me back to explain the contractor wasn't returning their calls.
This morning (Wednesday) I called to follow up and spoke with a man who agreed with me that this was becoming too familiar with all of the other contractors service we have experienced the past...he agreed there would be "no hard feelings"
I am not one to write such a negative review, but I sure wish this company had pulled through for us.
