I purchased tires back in Feb of 2012 and had a pleasant experience (as much as you can while buying tires)
Recently, one of my tires had a slow leak so i had originally taken my car into a tire place closer to my house, they quoted me a price for new tires. (thankfully) i didn't have the money to replace them
so i went back to Discount to see if my tires had a warranty. CJ (an assistant manager) helped me when i called and when i arrived at the store. very polite and direct. He looked up my previous purchase and verified my warranty. then we went to look at the tires. he measured the tread on each tire, and found a screw in the leaky tire. (The other company didn't do either of these thing) Luckily they were able to repair the tire, at no cost, within an hour. and he told me i probably have at least another 2 years on the tires based on the depth of the tread and showed me a handy-dandy chart that shows expected ware and replacement time frames. SO GLAD i didn't buy new tires from the other place!
