This is the first magic show I've seen in a while. I guess I was expecting more after reading the Yelp reviews. The Tropicana is a far cry from the other Vegas hotels so the theatre was not very impressive. Kind of tacky. I felt like the acts were nothing I haven't already seen on TV. No "WOW" factor for me. I also found his humor to be a little stiff. It's like he was trying too hard & it was all very rehearsed & lots of his jokes fell flat. At some point I thought he was outright rude to 2 audience members he had called up. One of the ladies was talking to him & he told her they could discuss things later outside. Then he said " I tell you I'm not very lucky with my audience members tonight". I thought that was in very bad taste. Also I think he mentioned 3-4 times during the show that he would be in the merchandise store after the show to sign autographs, which was a bit too much. We got it the first coupe of times. Overall an OK show but not what I was expecting.
