I have never been treated so rudely at a dealership. I made an appointment after receiving an "instant cash offer" from KBB. I was contacted several times, told they'd probably be able to actually offer me more, so I went the 20 some minutes out of my way to go there. They sat me at a table to find someone to help me while approximately a dozen or so salespeople stood around ignoring me. A man came, asked for my paper and keys without so much as introducing himself or giving me a business card, took them, and left me to sit there for 20 more minutes. He returned, gave me a number that was $300 less than the "guaranteed cash offer" from KBB (and $1000 less than other area dealerships had offered), I said thanks, he turned around and walked away. I followed him to let him know that they had already "offered" me more online and he started to say they would look at it, but I told him never mind - no way would we ever do business with a place like this.
