I went in to have a growth removed, and Dr Frank was fantastic. I'd never been under general anesthesia before, and he did the IV himself and there were absolutely no issues. The staff??? Well, let me say/type/write, if they could be cloned, then every dental office would be so very lucky to have this group of professionals working with them. Each staff person was kind, professional, courteous, had great "phone manners", and worked with me each and every step of the way: initial call to schedule appointment, call reminder for appointment, welcoming me into the office, billing, scheduling for surgery, follow up phone calls, hugs, support, compassion, and follow up appointment after the call...you name it, this staff was with me each and every step of the way.
