I have been satisfied with my experience with SWCC. All of the staff have been courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Each person has taken the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I have been well informed every step of the way.
I would like to especially recognize Jamielei Vegara. Of the three patient care advocates that I have had, she has by far gone well above anyone else in getting my appointments scheduled and all requirements met in order for me to have my surgery. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for me. She kept me informed in every step and has been very pro-active about my care.
