Made appt 2 weeks ago after regular dentist referral for my 6 yr old- explained 2 weeks ago when I booked plz let me know asap if issue with insurance! I have recieved numerous confirmation text for apt today even one this morning at 10am- took half day off from wk (they don't hav late or after school apt times) pulled son out early from school only to walk in and be told we don't take HMO plans- um....you couldn't have attempted to call, text, or leave vm or mention that, when I booked??
VERY VERY unprofessional-
Also office in very old building, dark, musty smell, not one toy in tiny Lil waiting room- I'll consider this a blessing in disguise and find a much better pediatric dentist office!
