What a horrible company. The first appointment I made was rescheduled because the tech was late. Joey in the office informed me that the next available appointment was for the following day for 2 pm. He informed me the window period was from to 2 to 4 pm but he should be there at 2. My husband and I waited 3.5 hours before the tech showed up. Clearly my husband was upset after being told a few times the tech was on his way. The tech informed me that the remotes for the opener were not compatible so I would have to reschedule for him to come back. When I called the company to tell them that the tech would need to come back I was told I still had to pay. I told him absolutely not especially after waiting on my a** for 3.5 hours. He told me to get my shit together and hung up on me. I called back again and asked to speak with the owner and asked who am I speaking with and he responded your mom and hung up on me again. Needless to say I'm not paying for a service that was not done after wasting a good part my day waiting for a tech to show up. The tech who came out was completely respectful and customer service oriented. He deserves to work for a better company. I'm disgusted by the events that occurred today and by the people who work in the office.
