The absolute worst dr experience I've had. After getting into a car accident I went in here to be seen and also get documentation of all injuries. I instead was treated for my asthma...? And the injuries I complained about were hardly, if at all, discussed. When I stressed to them that I needed this documented thoroughly and completely they again ignored my request. I even went as far as to go back in there after reviewing my paperwork and asked why they had neglected to list all my symptoms and why they chose verbiage that I had not used. I was told that the dr was aware of my pain but only chose to note the more affected area. "The dr said your ribs hurt more than your back." This is NOT what I told the dr and I was very specific in saying I needed this report to be very detailed. I was given patient notes and information for a different person (ILLEGAL!!!!) My notes were still not fixed even after going in there and requesting a second time. The process took over 2 HOURS and none of that was wait time in the lobby, I checked in online prior to going in. It was all wait time in between being shuffled around rooms. I am BEYOND frustrated with this awful experience and even more shocked about how unprofessional the entire experience was. This was a complete waste of time and money as none of it will suffice for my insurance. I will need to go see another dr who will listen to what I'm saying instead of trying to find something else to treat and disregarding the rest. The dr was insulting and made SUCH an inappropriate comment to me I am still reeling with anger. I would never recommend coming to this location. EVER.
