FedexKinkos and UPS stores are designed in mind to do one thing and one thing only. To rip off people in need of urgent service, either it be a few copies or shipping a document. There charge you .50cents a copy while their cost is 2 pennies for that. My experience in general with UPS stores has been pretty disappointing. Today I called to pickup a package that is in Phoenix and UPS totally denied without a reason and said I have to wait till delivery date while the package is just sitting at their facility. Like really?
