We have been going here for over two years and have always loved Dr. Loveless. Today, we went in for a yearly check up with our pups and had a horrible experience! We will not be going back. We didn't recognize most of the staff and it appeared that they maybe changed ownership or management. The prices went from the low end of veterinary pricing to the extremely high end,almost to the point of leaving my husband and I feeling that we had been ripped off today! We also heard others in the lobby complaining about how the prices had went up. Everything from the lobby staff to the doctor we saw went from a 10 to 0 really quickly
