This is a much needed update to my previous review:
I wish negative stars were an option here, recently this location went through a change in management and since then it has gone way downhill.
They guys who work here seem like they hate their jobs, they are rude and each time I have come into this store I was spoken to like I was an moron.
They will tell you one thing over the phone and then totally change their story once you get into the store and proceed to imply that you're lying.
If you really want to go through Pawn 1st, head over to the location on 19th Avenue and Bell Road, at least the guys there don't seem miserable.
