Terrible customer service!!! I made an appointment with a specific technician with Karen, the office manager on 3/17/17. The specific technician's first available opening was 4/18/17 - ok so I have to wait a month. So 4/18/17 comes around with no reminder, I made sure I am home, then I called the technician and he is at another job and tells me a different technician is coming to my home. I was not notified this in advance. I expressed that I made the appointment with the knowledge that he would provide the service and that I wanted to reschedule. This was at 7:20am on 4/18/17. I then got a call from Karen, instead of rescheduling to my convenience, she yelled at me! Saying it's not 8am (her normal hours of work) and that she is doing me a favor. She also proceeded to explain why another customer is prioritized suddenly, when I am a paying customer as well. Why could another technician have not gone to that call and I still could have kept my appointment??? Anyhow, this was all MY problem and I wasted my time and rearranged my schedule. I was then given an appointment another whole week later. So 5 (FIVE) weeks later, I had my appointment. Afterwards, I called the office to pay and requested if they could do something for me since I was inconvenienced and it was the office's mistake. Again, Karen displayed poor customer service and professionalism. I asked to speak to the owner. The owner, Keith, called me and instead of asking me what he could do to fix the situation and make me a repeat customer, he immediately asked for payment. Again, I explained the situation, and he did not listen to what I said. He even said he had never had a complaint against Karen. I asked if they could adjust my bill, which initially he refused, then gave me an extremely nominal amount (not worth in my opinion for all the trouble and disrespect I endured), with no apology. They did not make the customer feel valued. I will not be going back and will not recommend this company to anyone I know.
