A desolate wasteland with no hope of customer service. If you walked into this building on fire, the sales people (if there are any) wouldn't so much as spit on you. I went in for a desk today, no one even said "Hi' as I entered with my girlfriend. After 20 minutes of looking at desks and then finally deciding on one we still had not seen one customer service rep. I stood in the main isle and literally shouted "Hello? Anyone working today"? with no response. finally 5 minutes later a woman came and asked if we needed anything in a very lazy tone, as if we were disturbing her afternoon nap. She offered no apology or explanation as to why it took so long to help us. I asked if the desk I wanted was in stock, she scanned it, said it was in stock, told me to take the card to the cashier, and walked away hastily. I was so annoyed that after all that, I left and went to the OfficeMax location on Stapley and the US60 to buy the desk. I've worked several retail jobs and I can't comprehend how these people get away with this sort of attitude. I'll be attempting to contact the district manager to let him or her know about the incompetence of the staff at this location.
