I'm hesitant to recommend this place because I don't want the secret to get out. For the first time in my life I've found a workout besides running that I actually look forward to each week. Co-owner Paul is awesome--you can tell he really, truly cares about your success and wants to see you push yourself in ways you could never imagine. I'm 3 weeks in and already feel stronger and faster. I've met some great friends and learned a lot about myself and my capabilities. Love this place!
