Bamiyan has redefined the fast food experience. You walk in... and it looks like a fast food restaurant... but after you order, it takes about ten minutes to prepare. The fire back there is hot hot hot, and it smells great! The wait is well worth it. The price is comparable to fast food chains ($5 - $12 for dinner), but the value is much higher.
Most of the dishes are difficult to pronounce, but they only have about eight items to order. If you like spicy, ask them for the spicy stuff. I believe they only have one spicy dish.
The food is fresh, and the portions are great. If you haven't been there, this is a must-try.
