It's standard BBQ. The pulled pork and the mac and cheese are the highlights, along with an excellent sauce (the spicy is just right). But, beware of dryness!
Both the ribs and the brisket were unacceptably dry, sure the sauce helped some, but not much. It may be because the brisket is so thinly sliced, but it made me drink a lot more water than I'd like.
Its fine if you live close, but don't make a special trip. If you work down by the strip like me, Rollin Smoke is a better, closer option.
