We love Dr Garcia. Her bedside manner is awesome; makes me feel like she's another mom to my son. She is thorough, informative and easy to talk to. Yes her wait times are outrageous but think about it, she giving care and attention to all her patients and there's only one Dr Garcia. She's worth the wait. Her office has two entries: a sick side and a well side. Great concept but there are some ignorant parents that go between the two areas. Maybe lock that middle door and have staff regulate a little better. Also, I hate that each and every time we check in, we are asked for drivers license and insurance cards. How about I give you these things if anything has changed? A thing I hate about the office is if you need any paperwork, like a vaccine record, be prepared to spend. You would think a fax would free (part of the service). Taking into account the pros and cons, I give the Dr. Garcia 5 stars but the office in general 3. Avg rating 4.
