It was on a Monday after work that I parked in my garage & heard a loud banging noise as the garage door was closing. I looked around & noticed that the spring was split in two. I figured, "eh...I will just manually lift it in the morning." Around 7:30 the next morning, I attempt to lift the door, and it would not budge! I was like "holy crap...my garage is holding me hostage." I let my supervisor know what's going on. He offers to have his wife find the info for the company that fixed their door a couple of years back, same problem. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I decide to just find someone online. That's when I came across United Garage Service. I called and the receptionist was very pleasant & empathetic. About 30 minutes later, Adam arrived. He replaced the one broken spring with two springs & also replaced my 10 rollers (I thought the rollers looked absolutely disgusting before he pointed them out). My total was $361.45 and I got to work shortly before noon. I was very impressed with their professionalism, quick turn around time, & that I only had to make up half a day's work.
