I am not at all thrilled with the level of experience I had received at this place! They middle man their lenses and frames to make a profit. They get you in by offering this "great" deal of two pairs of glasses and a free eye exam for $69.95 but when you get in they charge you for everything!! I couldn't even get the glasses I wanted the lady helping me choose said the glasses I wanted wouldn't fit my lens! Worst part is I didn't even walk out of there with any glasses or contacts that day. They said I would have to wait two weeks to get both and come in for a follow up exam! Not even a trial pair of contacts was offered when I really needed it! I ended up paying $250 dollars for one pair of glasses and two eye exams! I have never felt so cheated! When I said I didn't want to pay that price and waned to go elsewhere they said I would still be charged the eye exams and no prescription would be released!!! I have had better experience at Walmart and Alex Optical, guess I'll just stick to places I know won't suck me dry!
