This place is pathetic. I stopped here last week and the customer service was nonexistent. No one available to check me out. Like a fool I gave them another chance. Stopped by to get iced tea to go. Stood at the register... and stood and stood and stood. Finally some gal hollers at me, "Do you want something?" in a most unfriendly tone. "Um, yes I'd like iced tea". Response: " Well that register's not open ". Period. Walks away. So I left and went to Starbucks. Ironically I had just come from a conference where the speaker told us to never, ever cater to a business that does not want you business. OK. I get it now.
