Ha! I love that a storage facility that I would HIGHLY NOT recommend already has an average of 1 STAR - 1! Wow. I would just bow out and go out of business at that point if I were "Ace Storage) I can see now why there name has to begin with the beginning of the alphabet, the only marketing they have since they have such low ratings. I recently accepted a position out of state making a decent salary and I need to move soon. I gave this company a 30 day notice on my move as well as which specific date I will vacate. This company not only sends me this email after I explained that I would have a crate meaning a 4x4x4 wooden crate dropped off for one overnight visit so to pack up and send out the very next day across country: email from the manager: (It still cannot be left more then 2 hours - that is the time schedule we give each group to move items out or in... there are too many other people moving in and out and we have to allow the sharing of the spaces.... plus in your paperwork that we went over the rule states NO OVERNIGHT parking. Sorry but it is the way it has to be done here. Thank you Virginia 602-993-6930, very professional to capitalize letters in an email to clients. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau since I NEVER ( that's for you ACE) signed an agreement stating that a crate smaller than a compact vehicle could not be at a parking space over the period of one night. Never will I use this company nor speak positive of it. Anyone looking for a storage unit whatever the time or space needed I would highly recommend you spend the extra $10.00 rather than deal with this "company".
