I have been a customer with them since they took over BFI, so in a sense, have been with the same company for over 20 years, and from time to time, when they have missed picking up my trash, it would be picked up later that day or the next day. Not this week. They drove right past my house this past Tuesday, so I phoned them. The customer service rep told me they would be out that day or the next. Didn't happen. Called them Wednesday morning, same response, still no pickup. Called them Wednesday afternoon, twice on Thursday, and Friday morning. Same response. It is 10:20 AM Friday morning and the last rep said she would talk to operations and call me back. I'm not holding my breath. I think that they may be under new management or something because the service has become the worst in the field. I would recommend to anyone looking to find a trash hauler, not to use this company, unless you have hours to spend on the phone while still not receiving service that you have already paid for.
