When you make an appointment you should come before a walk in customer. Both times we've been here the wait has been OVER 45 minutes with no updates from staff. I will never bring either of my children to this chain, I don't have hours and hours on my ONLY weekday off to sit in a crowded waiting room when I've made an appointment for a time that is convenient for me.
