I LOVE this company. They were SO flexible with me and my hectic schedule being a single mom working full-time and caring for my mom with Alzheimers. Marc is courteous, professional and personable taking time to not only say hello to my dogs but inquired about my family meeting only once. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I knew the ORIGINAL unit eventually needed to be replaced since purchasing the home 2 years ago. Rather than "finding ways" to charge me, Marc answered all my questions and did NOT push for a sale! The last company who came out not only did not detect the leak in the line but attempted to charge for unnecessary repairs AND pushed a sale for a new unit!!! I know this since my dad worked in HVAC until he retired - able to provide guidance just not the labor!
I'm sorry to see several low-star reviews but maybe next time ask for Marc who has worked in the field and this company for over 10-years! The valley does not have many companies to depend on with good customer service or honest people - Except for ACE.
