Really disappointed with the customer service at this nail salon, especially because the nail techs are so good. We made an appointment two weeks in advance after the conclusion of our last fill, walked in today for our appointment promptly at 12:00 p.m. and the appointment was not honored. We were then told that they couldn't fit us in today and that we "missed our appointment". If a nail salon cannot honor an appointment made in-person weeks in advance they won't stay open, bottom line.
