Giving 1 Star because I never got the Opportunity to try them. I hear the Add on Arizona Sports 98.7 everyday. After discovering a Rodent problem in my Shed, they were the first company I thought of. I called their Customer Service to set up an appointment and get pricing (I didn't get either). The Rep informed me the Tech in my area was busy and took down my number for them to call me back. I never heard from them again! Wow, they basically just told a New client, either "We're too busy for you" or "we forgot about you". Of course I found another company that has taken care of me. Now when I hear Dave Burn's live spot on the radio, I laugh to myself. What a joke!
