I'm surprised to read people who see concerts here giving the arena a high rating. I'm sure it's great for sports because it's smaller and more intimate. However, the sound system and acoustics are quite poor. I guess it wouldn't matter - depending on the type of music. But for instrumental music with lots of horns, piano, violin, etc - the sound was horrible.
Also, if you are going to a concert or show, I strongly suggest you NOT get floor seating. It is not theater style seating so unless you are in the front rows or 6'3", you will be staring at the back of someone's head the whole night.
Dodge Theater is much better.
