Reading other reviews, it appears that I am not the only one with good things to say about Mike Grice and Tatman's Towing. My car went dead on I-74 during rush hour, not exactly the place you want to be when you have car trouble. Called into Tatman's for a jump and Mike came out quickly. He was speedy, professional, and seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure I was going to get where I needed to go. After placing the jumper pack on my battery, Mike told me he didn't think my car would get far so he'd follow me until I was off I-74. He was right as I probably made it 1,000 feet before my car died again. He then proceeded to give me options, but left me to make the decision without being pushy towards one opinion or another and I appreciated that. Mike towed my car in after dropping me at home first. A bad situation could not have been handled better.
