Roland is a wonderful sales adviser from my and my fiance's experience. His expertise, and polite matter was wonderful. Sadly, my fiance couldn't say the same about the manager, from outright lying about the additional repairs a car on their lot needed. Why were they even selling a high end (BMW) suv with SEVERAL cosmetic, electrical, and mechanical problems? From a turning signal not working, flickering sun-damaged headlights to the dash signaling the leveling system is malfunctioning... Excuse me? Really, guys? We were really disappointed with the shape of the car, and the fact the manager got mouthy with my fiance.
