Was very pleased with the work Travis previously performed - he's a total pro.
Today the garage door opened up but would not close. Tried everything, including making sure the safety sensors were free of spider webs and dirt.
Still would not close, so I called Travis. I told him the behavior the door was doing and he gave me a couple of suggestions. After fiddling with and adjusting the safety sensors just a tiny bit the door is working fine! Very grateful for his suggestions and integrity - he's got a customer for life!!
