So, I don't know what the hype about this place but it definitely did not meet up to my standards. Personally, I don't find ramen that appealing anyway, but wow... so I ordered: 1. Shio Cha-shu ramen - very very salty, the pork was dry and it just wasn't anything special. Nothing to rave about. I'm just happy I didn't have to wait in line since I got there early. 2. Shoyu ramen - layer of grease, both bowls were nicely decorated 3. Ikura bowl - the best. simple, the salmon eggs were full of flavor and juicy! Overall, I would not come back.
