Compared to other vets in the area, Stow-Kent's prices are out of the ballpark. I don't blame them though, because they always seem to stay busy and people will pay an are and a leg for their precious little Fifi....
Even though they are much more expensive, it is easier to get a last-minute appointment that at surrounding vets. Be prepared to wait around in the waiting room for sometimes and hour or longer though.
When they take your pet in the back to get their shots, etc., they refuse to let you come back with them. I have had other vets who always let the owner's come back with the pet. When a vet doesn't let owners come back, I worry that they are mistreating the pet.
