Store is understaffed and probably a corporate issue on hiring practices, so it can be hard to talk to someone from time to time, but it's usually 15 minute or less wait. I have noticed the other reviews and it seems the higher ups could provide the store with adequate staffing, as they do have good economical flooring solutions in every category of flooring. This is why I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 because the savings in price are worth a 15 minute wait to me.
