WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I am currently in a dispute with this company! They are awful!!! Paid $3150 for the coolsculpting procedure and have had nothing but horrible experience with them! This has been an ongoing issue since April! Do your research before you ever think of going here!
They are like car salesmen and will lie and twist their stories and words! They told me I would receive a 50% reduction and now they're redacting their lies and somehow my procedure was a "success"!
When you have any type of procedure done you would expect to be given post op instructions or some type of follow up care. I never received post op instructions and the ONLY reason I am getting the most minimal follow up care is only because I called and asked what the heck I should've been doing. They are a disgusting company!! They are only after you for your money and do not care what happens to you after you pay! They do not even give you a refund if you're unhappy! It's against their company policy! What BS !?!! Between my dispute with Care Credit, my complaint into BBB and next I will be looking into litigation!!
Stay far away from them!
