I am very pleased with the quality of work Poco Verde did to renovate my front and back patios. From the start, my designer was attentive to my ideas and saw the project through to its end, sometimes intervening as needed. The craftsmanship was excellent and the results stunning. Further, I chose Poco Verde because of the structural details that no other bidding company offered. My patios will be aesthetically and physically sound for years to come. However, this project was also very frustrating as PV suffers from systemic disorganization. The job took far longer than it should have and often days went by without any action without my own prodding. Customers deserve a definitive rather than amorphous, vague schedule. Communication was a persistent issue, not only with scheduling but even more importantly with equipment and debris. Again at the mercy of the schedule, materials were left on the narrow street, in my driveway or on the common area longer than was safe or advisable. In all, the results are wonderful but the process of getting there was a bumpy road.
