Was my second time here at sweet note. First time I came which was years ago, I remember having their soufflé and I thought it was well made from my memory. This time, I came here for afternoon tea.
My friend and I arrived right when store suppose to open at 2pm and actually end up seeing a post-it note on their window saying they will open at 2:30pm instead. We didn't understand the delay but decided to wait anyways. When we walked in, we were greeted by the girl who was opening the store and she asked if we wanted to dine-in or order take-out and we said dine-in. She hesitated to seat us down and seem like she was in "lazy-mood".
I give this place 3 stars for atmosphere, presentation, and taste. I ordered the hazelnut chocolate cheesecake (cake of the day) and Japanese popcorn green tea which I enjoyed because it wasn't overly sweet and taste of the hazelnut chocolate was on point. They made up for service in the end as staffs were friendly and attentive; since one of them came around to refill our cup of water and cleared our table of empty plates. I thought price was a little bit pricey for what it is (for example: portion was small) and I feel that they can improve their menu by having more selections. However, I will return to have their soufflé again when I crave it.
