Wish I could have agreed with the earlier reviews. Maybe if I had actually had a chance to see the Dr I would've. This review is for the front desk staff to be clear. What horrible customer service. After reading reviews I was ready for some less than friendly staff. However wow!!! Not only do they lack common courtesy, they are completely incompetent. Was greeted by a young lady that kept pointing out she has no clue what she's doing because she works in the back. To her left an older woman who clearly was fed up with working there. Here's a clue...when someone addresses you in a courteous manner maybe you look up at them and respond. No? I don't know....that's how I was raised. Ultimately I was turned away because they don't accept my insurance. Although I made it clear when I made the appt to the person on the phone. They checked and said yes. Waited 2 weeks for this appt. Took off work to drive up here and then rudely get dismissed. Her excuse..."the person who made the appt for you should've know better. She's been here for a while". Unacceptable!!! To the Dr's there...may I suggest refreshing your front staff or giving them remedial training on how to speak to the public.
