This review is really for the parts department - which is the safest department of any dealership. Free from the obvious lies of salesmen, and the upsales from service. The guys who man the parts desk are knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes the wait can be a little long as they help other customers, but that is more of an issue with a customer asking "I need the thing that goes to a thing." But if you come with your VIN and even a partial part number, they can help you verify what is needed. Any parts that need to be ordered will be in 1-2 days later. I am docking one star, because they say they will call when parts are in if they are needed. Sometimes they do, but it can be hit or miss. Not a big deal. I cannot speak too much on the sales here. I considered trading in my X-Runner for a new Tacoma. One that was bare bones and it had to be manual. Mentioning "manual" to a car salesmen must be their kryptonite on some models because afterwards there was no pushy sales going on; it was a simple, "Unfortunately, I have no options." I'll give them that.
