After unsatisfactory grooming service from the Petsmart Grooming on Arroyo Crossing, I started using Sniffany and Co. on Rainbow. What a difference! The lady at the front is very friendly(she fed my dog a complimentary treat), my chocolate lab is only at the groomers for two hours max (vs. OVER FOUR HOURS), the price is more reasonable and my lab seems comfortable around them.
My only negative is the store configuration. I have a full-grown lab with the heart and energy of a puppy and when I walk into the store with fragile displays right at the entrance, it's a little worrisome...
